About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance and Securities Control Specialist with deep knowledge of capital markets regulations, both in Israel and abroad. This role requires comprehensive familiarity with all aspects of trading operations, including corporate actions, settlements, payments, and more. You will play a key part in monitoring activity, enforcing controls, and supporting the business with risk management and compliance processes.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Monitor back-office and front-office activity to identify and escalate potential fraudulent or unusual trading behavior.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Formulate and implement control frameworks, and perform ongoing operational controls.
  • Run daily risk checks, investigate irregularities, and generate risk reports as needed.
  • Escalate issues promptly and manage ad-hoc client and business queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Israeli capital markets, gained in an investment bank, retail bank, financial institution, or consulting firm.
  • Familiarity with asset classes including ETFs, equities, options, and bonds, across both Israeli and foreign markets.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, trading systems, and Bloomberg.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English is required.
