About the Role
<div><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>We are looking for a Brand Lead to own and drive the entire brand charter for Noise, shaping its positioning, narrative, and long-term strategy while ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints. The role requires a strategic yet execution-focused person who can collaborate cross-functionally, lead integrated campaigns, manage agencies, and build a differentiated, consumer-centric brand backed by strong data insights.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Your Will Be's:</strong></div><div><strong>Brand Strategy &amp; Positioning</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Own and evolve Noise’s brand identity, tone of voice, and narrative across platforms</li><li>Define long-term brand vision aligned with business goals and product roadmap</li><li>Ensure consistency of brand communication across digital, offline, and retail channels</li></ul><div><strong>Social Media &amp; Content Leadership</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Lead overall social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, emerging platforms)</li><li>Drive content strategy, including campaigns, always-on content, product storytelling, and cultural moments</li><li>Build scalable content frameworks that balance performance with brand storytelling</li><li>Oversee in-house teams and agency partners for content creation and execution</li></ul><div><strong>PR, Influencers &amp; Brand Partnerships</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Own PR strategy, including media relations, brand narratives, launches, and reputation management</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with media, creators, and cultural stakeholders</li><li>Drive influencer strategy aligned with brand positioning and GTM priorities</li><li>Lead collaborations and partnerships that elevate brand credibility and reach</li></ul><div><strong>GTM &amp; Launch Excellence</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Lead brand-led GTM strategy for new product launches and categories</li><li>Partner with Product, Growth, and Performance teams to create integrated launch plans</li><li>Ensure impactful storytelling across digital, retail, PR, and influencer touchpoints</li><li>Track and optimize brand and launch performance metrics</li></ul><div><strong>The ideal Noisemaker</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>8-12 years of proven experience with post-graduate, managing all aspects of marketing.</li><li>Experience working with large budgets and finding the most effective and efficient ways to reach customers.</li><li>Strong understanding of Indian consumer culture, digital ecosystems, and creator economy</li><li>Track record of building distinctive brands and executing high-impact launches</li><li>Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience managing large teams and agencies</li><li>Data-driven mindset with a strong creative instinct</li><li>Preferred Industry : Internet , D2C , Consumer Electronics , Beauty &amp; Personal Care , Wellness &amp; Fitness , Gaming</li></ul><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.2;margin-left: -36pt;text-align: justify;background-color:#ffffff;margin-top:14pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><br></p>
