About the Role

Behind every memorable guest experience is a facilities team that keeps the environment safe, fully operational, and guest-ready. The Facilities Manager supports the day-to-day maintenance and building operations that make this possible. You will be part of a shared services team that supports all divisions of the PBS Brands, including Punch Bowl Social, Pinstripes, VoiceBox, Lyrical, and Sweet Tooth Hotel. 


This is a Denver-based hybrid position requiring some travel.

  • Salary will be based on level of experience and skillset within the salary range of $65,000 - 75,000k

 What you’ll be doing: 

  • Support daily maintenance across high-volume, 25,000+ sq. ft. entertainment venues
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks using the Ecotrac CMMS platform
  • Respond to Routine repair requests involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, doors, finishes, and general building systems
  • Help minimize the downtime of guest-facing attractionsand amenities
  • Maintain facilities to meet safety standards and brand expectations
  • Work safely and professionally in guest-facing environments during operating hours
  • Partner with the venue operations team to quickly resolve facility-related issues 

What we're looking for:

  • 1-3 years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience
  • Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC. electrical, plumbing)
  • Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills
  • Organized, dependable, and safety-focused
  • Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset 
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Fast, effective response to guest-impacting issues
  • Accuracy with work order management
  • Ecotrac experience is a plus

Requirements

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs as needed
