About the Role

Description

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in the Treasure Valley. We are looking for a Commercial & Fleet Sales Administrator to join our Kendall Auto Mall in Nampa. Come work with Idaho’s largest Chevy and GMC Fleet & Commercial dealer (based on CY 2025 sales). This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Competitive pay starting at $20.00/hour DOE


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
  • Strong email communication and typing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Job duties will include:

  • Audit fleet deals for Nampa, noting missing items, get financed deals funded and turned into payroll
  • Reconcile and finalize sales information in Live Spreadsheets
  • Meet with clients, get paperwork signed and process funding
  • Manage deal audit checklist, reconcile reports and documenting in ReverseRisk
  • Assist with offsite vehicle deliveries when requested
  • Manage funding delays and after sale customer needs
  • Work with Sales and Inventory team to report commercial sales to GM
  • Log sales daily on main sales log
  • Manage any requests accounting has in posting car deals or we owe schedules
  • Receipt $ in Reynolds and manage CENPOS credit card transactions
  • Open and close repair orders and manage purchase orders spreadsheet for upfits with our vendors
  • Maintain multiple spreadsheets, including sales and inventory tracking reports
  • DMV and Corporate pickup runs
  • Clean and fuel stock or sold vehicles upon request
  • Assist with printing and preparing paperwork for courtesy deliveries
  • Kendall Nampa Auto Mall and Kendall Rent A Car license plate execution

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
