What You Will Do:
- Scale in-house marketing capabilities and lead a team, turning your ideas into reality with a “blank cheque” to experiment across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, KOLs, UGCs, and more.
- Set and build marketing strategy, monitor performance, optimize, and continuously improve campaigns.
- Leverage data in collaboration with the in-house data analysis team to deeply understand customer behavior from the Product Owner’s perspective.
- Identify new audiences, uncover new pain points, and develop innovative conversion strategies.
- Own the marketing budget and forecasting, taking accountability for both successes and failures. You will be supported by a Director of Advertising who will mentor and guide you as you learn the business.
What You Will Need:
- 6-10+ years of experience in Advertising & Performance Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team or function.
- Strong hands-on experience managing large digital advertising budgets (ideally USD 1M+/month).
- Deep expertise in Meta and Google advertising ecosystems.
- Proven track record of improving CAC efficiency and scaling customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of LTV, ROAS, attribution modeling, and cohort-based performance analysis.
