Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering seamless event experiences.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring each project meets company standards, client expectations, and budget guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, promotional activations, and brand experiences

  • Manage event timelines, schedules, and logistics

  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

  • Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown

  • Monitor event budgets and maintain cost control

  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment on event objectives

  • Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
