Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a professional and motivated Call Center Agent to join our Tampa office. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and their customers, delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and client offerings
