Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a driven and strategic Leadership Development Associate to join our Louisville team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about cultivating leadership excellence, optimizing team performance, and contributing to structured growth initiatives within a high-performance environment.

The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with senior leadership to support training initiatives, leadership planning, performance development, and organizational strategy. This position offers a clear pathway for advancement and hands-on exposure to leadership operations within a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of leadership development programs

  • Assist in coordinating internal training sessions and professional workshops

  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies

  • Collaborate with management to identify high-potential talent

  • Provide operational and strategic support to senior leadership

  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute actionable insights
