About the role

As a valued member of our Alexandria branch, you will deliver excellent customer service and sales support to trade and industry customers. This role offers an industry‑competitive salary, on‑the‑job training and a supportive team culture.

A typical day will involve

  • Delivering in-store solutions and a positive customer experience that inspires repeat business
  • Processing sales orders, quotes and customer project documentation
  • Building strong supplier relationships to help protect margins and stock availability
  • Responding to customer enquiries and making follow-up calls

A bit about you

  • You bring positive energy, initiative and a willingness to learn
  • Passionate about building strong, working relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers
  • Experience in electrical wholesaling, trade, or building/construction is highly regarded — if you don’t have it, we’ll provide product training
