The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily housekeeping operations and team coordination
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards
- Assist with staffing, training and performance support for team members
- Monitor inventory of linens, supplies and equipment
- Communicate with Front Desk and Maintenance to support guest needs

Requirements
- Previous housekeeping supervisory or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40+ pounds
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
