As a Customer Account Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and account growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Address client inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns in a timely manner
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion
Maintain detailed account records and prepare reports as needed
Support onboarding processes for new clients
Collaborate with team members to meet company performance objectives
