About the Role

We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Bookkeeper and collaborate with the broader team, playing a key part in managing the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Prepare and manage monthly payments.
  • Review and record supplier invoices
  • Bring the books to the trial balance stage
  • Perform periodic reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and organize materials for the annual external audit
  • Manage corporate credit cards: monitor transactions, verify receipts, allocate and record expenses
  • Handle employee expense reimbursements, including travel reports and supporting documentation
  • Support ongoing finance activities and take part in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 Bookkeeping diploma
  • At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite – highly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High level of English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and high work ethic.
  • Experience working with high-tech companies
