About the Role

Description

We’re here to change that — not just for retirees, but for the Client Servicing Retirement Planners (CSRP) we hire. This role is unique because unlike most financial advisor positions, the primary function and responsibility of this person is not sales. A SCRP manages, updates and takes 100% ownership over every aspect of their client’s retirement success.

Specifics


We’re looking for an experienced CSRP who will:


· Own and manage a dedicated book of clients

· Lead annual reviews, tax planning meetings, and ongoing strategy discussions

· Deliver an unmatched client experience across investment, insurance, legal, and tax

· Be the central relationship driver, supported by our in-house team of CPAs, attorneys, and client service professionals

· Build meaningful relationships with clients that lead to world-class client retention and client referral opportunities.

What Makes Golden Reserve Different?

· Flat Fee – we do not charge a % AUM model based on client’s assets under management – we charge the same flat fee for our client based on the services we provide

· No product pushing – our model is built around education, planning, and transparency using a blend of equities and insurance products

· Full-service support – with in-house legal, tax, and client service teams, you’re not alone in delivering value and have many of our resources just down the hall

What We Provide:


Salary + Uncapped Bonuses (Not Commission-Only)


· Retirement Planner (2–4 years’ experience): $100,000 - 125,000 starting salary

· Salaries are ongoing – they do not phase out or disappear

· Plus:

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client-facing and servicing financial planning or advisor experience
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License
  • Series 65 or equivalent
  • Strong planning skills, tax literacy, and a client-first mindset
