Job Description

 

We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to deliver exceptional onboarding and software training experiences to new MedTrainer clients.

This is an entry-level, client-facing role ideal for educators, corporate trainers, or early-career professionals who enjoy teaching, technology, and working directly with customers.

You’ll guide clients through their first experience with our platform — ensuring they feel confident, supported, and set up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do

Lead Client Onboarding & Training

  • Deliver engaging virtual software training sessions tailored to different user roles
  • Adapt your delivery style based on audience needs (clinical staff, administrators, leadership)
  • Build and maintain training resources and quick-reference guides

Manage Implementation Projects

  • Own onboarding timelines from kickoff to go-live
  • Track milestones and proactively resolve blockers
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams

Serve as the Client’s Primary Contact During Implementation

  • Build trust and confidence from day one
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure progress
  • Provide thorough transition documentation for Client Success handoff

Support Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor early-stage platform usage
  • Identify and address adoption gaps
  • Share client feedback internally to improve processes and product experience

Qualifications

 

Experience

  • 1–5 years in teaching, corporate training, instructional design, or client-facing support
  • Experience managing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously
  • Experience delivering virtual training is a plus

Skills

  • Strong communication skills — clear, patient, and engaging
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable adapting when plans change
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
