We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and service-oriented Universal Member Agent to join our Rhinelander team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with members, building relationships, and assisting with a wide range of financial needs. As a Universal Member Agent, you will provide frontline service while also supporting members with account maintenance, consumer lending, digital banking, and everyday transactions. This is a full-time (40 hour/week) position Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays (We close at 12pm on Saturdays)

Requirements

  • Previous financial, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a member-focused environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow regulatory guidelines.
