Location: This is a hybrid opportunity. Our office is located at 10F-11F Robinsons Cyber Omega Building, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1605.

About the role

 

As a Client Operations Representative you’ll be responsible for handling simple to moderately complex pre-sales activities for an assigned group of accounts. Your role is to assist with quoting, catalog maintenance, renewals, special costing, account management, and account documentation. Along the way, you will get to:

 

  • Partner closely with your assigned pre-sales teams to fully understand and address the needs of each client. You will organize and prioritize incoming account-related requests, providing prompt and accurate responses. This requires collaborating with various departments and maintaining comprehensive account notes. 
  • Take a leadership role for client-supporting tasks including simple catalogue maintenance, simple quoting, renewals under $25K, part creation, special costing, maintenance of client data, and form-based activities.  
  • Maintain account documentation, ensuring that all client interactions are tracked within our standardized templates and engagement portals.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or at least 2nd year college undergraduate 
  • At least 6 months  of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong English language competency and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other teammates.  
  • Strengths should include high attention to detail, active listening, asking great questions, effective communication, and efficiency.
