Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and formulate job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Assist hiring managers with resume screening when required, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ values and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent market insights, recruitment metrics, and best practices.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Spearhead recruitment efforts for the firm
  • Track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and provide regular reports to management.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience in a Finance / Tech / Fin-Tech industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
