About the Role

We are seeking Healthcare Representatives to join a growing team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, scheduling, and patient support
  • Assist customers with questions about insurance coverage, benefits, and claims
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, protocols, and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve patient issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Educate customers on available health plans and services
  • Achieve performance metrics and contribute to team goals
  • Must be a College Graduate with a degree in healthcare-related courses (Pharmacy, Medicine/Alternative Medicine, Nursing and Life Sciences)
  • Must have at least 3 months of relevant experience
  • Knowledge with clinical terms and pharmacovigilance is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Taguig City
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
