WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED FORD PARTS COUNTERPERSON!

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated parts professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior auto parts sales experience preferred
• Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and      volume
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ford parts experience preferred but will train individuals with general parts knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.
• Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.

• Hourly plus bonus pay:
• Full Time - average hours are 48 hours per week. This position is exempt from overtime. 
• Schedule is M-F 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm. Alternate Saturdays 7am-2pm.
