Position Description: Senior Project Manager – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.


Location: Doral, FL


Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall contract execution across multiple Work Orders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and senior stakeholders
  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure alignment with mission objectives and evolving priorities
  • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and performance tracking processes
  • Oversee budget execution, resource allocation, and staffing strategy
  • Identify program risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Coordinate across technical, cybersecurity, analytics, and training teams to ensure integrated delivery
  • Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition, governance, and reporting requirements
  • Drive schedule performance, quality standards, and measurable outcomes

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field
    OR 10 (ten) years of equivalent experience managing large scale DoD programs
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex federal or DoD contracts
  • Experience managing full program lifecycle from initiation through closeout
  • Experience overseeing budgets, staffing, and cross functional teams
  • Strong background in risk management and performance oversight
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition and governance frameworks
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior Government and interagency stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supporting Combatant Command or intelligence related programs
  • Experience managing cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, or mission IT initiatives
  • Experience in interagency coordination environments
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams

Certifications:

  • Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) 
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, Program Management Professional (PgMP)

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
