Service Administrator
The Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service department while delivering excellent customer service. This position ensures smooth communication between customers, service advisors, and internal teams, while maintaining accurate records and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and follow-up phone calls to customer
- Facilitate and coordinate loaner vehicle arrangements
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately
- Assist customers with questions, scheduling, and service-related need s
- Complete and manage internal paperwork and documentation
- Scan and organize repair orders
- Support the service team with additional administrative duties as needed

Education and/or Experience
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working Conditions:
- Temperature controlled office.
Rate of Pay:
$23 - $27/hour, depending on experience.
