Your Role: Customer Service Representative. You’ll be the friendly, professional voice supporting customers with care and confidence. In this role, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Deliver clear, accurate information and solve problems efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance standards
  • Collaborate with teammates and leaders who want to see you succeed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • A passion for helping others and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to obtain federal security clearance

Work Schedule

This role requires flexibility for evening shifts during busy seasons. Regular Hours of Operation (EST):

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Tuesday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Thursday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday – Sunday: Closed

Peak Seasons: January–March | July–August |October
