Job Description
We’re seeking Expressions of Interest for Bartenders and Front‑of‑House Leaders, including:
- Restaurant & Bar Supervisors
- Section Leaders / Senior Waitstaff
- Bartenders
These roles are perfect for hospitality professionals with strong service skills, a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, and a desire to grow with a leading hotel brand.
We are particularly seeking bartenders with strong cocktail knowledge and confident mixology skills to elevate our bar offering and mentor the team in high‑quality beverage service.
Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering exceptional bar and restaurant service in line with Accor’s service philosophy
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages confidently and consistently
- Leading shifts and supporting the smooth flow of service across the restaurant and bar
- Coaching and supporting team members to maintain high service standards
- Managing sections or outlets, ensuring efficient, guest‑focused operations
- Supporting events, conferences or high‑volume service periods
- Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant working environment

Qualifications
We’d love to hear from candidates who bring:
- Hospitality experience in bars, restaurants, hotels or clubs
- A genuine passion for service and guest experience
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Leadership experience or potential (for Supervisor/Team Leader roles)
- Confidence preparing drinks, handling busy service and managing a section
- Knowledge of wine pairings and flavour profiles
- Confidence behind the bar with cocktails that impress
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliability, teamwork and a commitment to delivering great service
