Role Responsibilities:

As a Contact Center Agent I, you will provide prompt and courteous support to members by assisting with a variety of service requests. You’ll also answer basic questions related to accounts, payments, products, and services to ensure a positive member experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to member inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with established policies and security procedures.
  • Provide accurate information about accounts, payments, products, and services, while identifying opportunities to recommend CWCU offerings.
  • Research account issues and resolve documentation errors, escalating more complex matters when needed.
  • Assist with completing forms, wires, account updates, and applications.

Knowledge & Skills:

You don’t need a banking background—just curiosity, care, and the willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the rest.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Communicates clearly, respectfully, and professionally 
  • Comfortable with using a computer, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • A member-first mindset

Work Environment: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5pm EST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a hybrid work setting.
