We’re currently looking for a Customer Solutions Advisor who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn conversations into lasting customer relationships. Your Mission:
- Connect with 60–100 customers per day via phone, email, and text.
- Confidently close sales over the phone using empathy, urgency, and trust-building.
- Re-engage unsold leads and recover missed opportunities.
- Support project managers with closing and follow-up conversations.
- Handle cancellation requests with professionalism and care.
- Manage financing and payment collection for your closed deals.s
- Keep everything organized and documented in ServiceTitan CRM
What Winning Looks Like:
- 2–2.5 closed deals per week
- $150K in monthly closed sales
- All unsold leads contacted within 24 hours
- Multiple contact attempts across multiple days and channels
- A growing pipeline and stronger customer relationships every week
