ROLE

As a Somerpointe Exit Sales Agent your role is focused on conducting face-to-face Exit surveys and Exit sales presentations, sharing the benefits of the Exit program and providing prospective guests the information on our Exit product options. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To conduct Face-to-Face Exit Sales presentations while conducting an exit survey regarding guest experience in a professional manner.
  • To generate exit sales through sharing the benefits of vacation ownership and using proper closing techniques. 
  • To greet guests after sales presentations and explain that they will conduct a survey of guest experience.
  • To conduct survey regarding guest experience and present Exit program in a professional manner, with the goal of selling the guest the Exit program.
  • To answer all of the guests questions accurately in accordance to company policies and procedures. 
  • To prepare worksheet when a guest purchases that includes all required information and deliver worksheet to contracts office for processing.  Answer all post sale client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • To ensure the sales process is adhered to once the initial sales training is complete. 
  • To maintain sales results at an acceptable level as determined by management. 


Requirements

  • Must have effective oral and written English communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain a calm friendly demeanor while interacting with guests.
  • Required obtain or have a Nevada TSA or Real Estate License.
