Terminal Supply Company, founded in 1966, is a Michigan-based leader in Electrical MRO supplies for the Heavy-Duty Equipment and Truck & Trailer industries. What began in the trunk of a 1964 Plymouth has grown into a company with over 250 employees, stocking facilities in Troy (Detroit), Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Louisiana, and a fleet of 40+ locally stocked vans. In the late 1990s, we launched TSC Manufacturing to deliver top-tier custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses. From small batches of pigtails and jumpers, the division has expanded to two dedicated facilities in Troy, Michigan (2008 and 2021). Description

Terminal Supply Company provides superior MRO parts and service for nearly 60 years. The industries we serve include but are not limited to truck, trailer, and heavy equipment repair. As well as fleet and municipality service/repair, and vehicle up-fitting and modification.

Our Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and developing positive selling relationships to a variety of customers, including prospective, active, inactive, key/national and new accounts. The Insides Sales Account Manager will be expected to meet monthly sales quotas and must also be customer service focused and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.


This position becomes remote after 2 months of on-site training in Troy MI. Applicants must live within the area.

Requirements

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Generate new business through lead generation, outbound calls, and follow-up on inbound inquiries
  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate account and contact information, sales activities, and pipeline status
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Continuously identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients
