Service We Owe Coordinator

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Vancouver. We are looking for a We-Owe Coordinator to join our team. At Kendall Ford and Hyundai Vancouver, our Service Departments are a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

Duties include:
- Call and Schedule customers for Accessories installs
- Updating notes in Intercompany Accounting Websites
- Opening and closing repair orders for work in the shop
- Coordination with Vendors to schedule work
- Opening and Closing POs for Vendors
- Manage rental vehicles, including signing out vehicles to customers and maintaining an organized reservation schedule.
- Backs up Internal Service as needed for coverage
Successful candidates must have excellent phone skills, a positive attitude and enjoy talking with people. Computer proficiency is required, as is a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment. General automobile knowledge is preferred. A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required.
Working conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and are enthusiastic about their work. Previous automotive service experience preferred.
