Service We Owe Coordinator

Description

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Vancouver. We are looking for a We-Owe Coordinator to join our team. At Kendall Ford and Hyundai Vancouver, our Service Departments are a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

Duties include:

• Call and Schedule customers for Accessories installs
• Updating notes in Intercompany Accounting Websites
• Opening and closing repair orders for work in the shop
• Coordination with Vendors to schedule work
• Opening and Closing POs for Vendors
• Manage rental vehicles, including signing out vehicles to customers and maintaining an organized reservation schedule.
• Backs up Internal Service as needed for coverage

Successful candidates must have excellent phone skills, a positive attitude and enjoy talking with people. Computer proficiency is required, as is a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment. General automobile knowledge is preferred. A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required. 

Working conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Requirements

 We are looking for candidates who are available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and are enthusiastic about their work. Previous automotive service experience preferred.
