About the Role

Description

 Gage Marine - Minocqua is actively seeking to hire administrative help for our growing business!


This is a part time job that offers great flexibility, with the possibility of full time employment for the right candidate.  Work schedule will be during traditional business hours of Monday to Friday 8-5.  All holidays are off and only a rare weekend or two may be required for special events.


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • General office work including greeting customers and answering the phones.
  • Entering deposit and payment information into our computer system.
  • Sales & contract data entry in computer system.
  • Responsible for DNR boat registrations & manufacturer warranty registration.
  • Scan & submit invoices to our accounting department.
  • Other office duties as assigned.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills - specifically within Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous dealership experience a plus but we will train the right candidate.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.

Job Type

  • Part time (15-30 hours a week).  Opportunities for full time employment may become available to the right candidate.
