Description

Eagle Transfer has been a customer-focused moving company providing residential and commercial relocation services since 1903. 


We pride ourselves on reliability, organization, and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our daily operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails; provide friendly, professional customer support
  • Schedule moves and manage calendars
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, contracts, and customer paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records for jobs, payments, and customer information
  • Process payments, track deposits, and assist with basic bookkeeping
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Communicate daily with movers and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve customer questions or issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration, dispatch, or customer service (moving/logistics experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Dependable, motivated and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and spreadsheets- Google Suite experience preferred.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter-able to execute duties with minimal supervision.
  • Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience
  • Comprehensive training would be provided for all expectations and company processes and systems to ensure a supportive team environment.

Compensation and Benefits


We offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees which offers:

Compensation: $24/hour-$28/hour depending upon experience


Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is an office based position with no remote work opportunities.
