About the Role

Description

Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Emergency Services to provide executive leadership oversight for a high-volume Emergency Services network.


The Administrative Director ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered emergency care through leadership of multiple Emergency Department sites and functional areas. This role drives operational performance, strategic initiatives, policy development, and cultural alignment while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across Emergency Services.


The Administrative Director is responsible for emergency department operations, throughput optimization, patient experience outcomes, staffing models, and leadership development. This role partners closely with senior clinical and executive leadership to support organizational objectives, quality outcomes, and service line growth.


Schedule:

Full-time leadership role

Primarily day schedule with executive responsibilities


Compensation:

Base salary range of $145,000 to $170,000 annually, heavily based on years of experience.

Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.

No sign-on bonus associated with this role.


Requirements

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years recent Acute Care Emergency Department Director-level experience

- Multi-site Emergency Department leadership experience preferred

- Freestanding Emergency Department leadership experience preferred


Education:

- Bachelor’s degree required

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

- Master’s degree preferred


Leadership Qualifications:

- Proven accountability for Emergency Department performance metrics

- Experience managing large teams, budgets, and operational workflows

- Strong strategic planning, collaboration, and change management skills
