About the Role
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full 180-degree recruitment cycle and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in delivering on high-volume recruitment demands. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent English communication skills, a strong personality, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire 180-degree recruitment cycle, including:
- Coordinating offers and onboarding process handovers
- Work closely with the TA Manager to fulfill business-critical hiring needs and meet deadlines.
- Deliver high-quality TA reporting on hiring progress, pipeline status, sourcing effectiveness, and key KPIs.
- Handle high-volume recruitment without compromising on candidate quality or recruitment experience.
- Act as a true hiring partner to the business, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Support the TA transformation journey by contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.
- Ensure all hiring activities are aligned with banking compliance standards and internal policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the banking or financial sector.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong personality with the confidence to push back when needed and influence hiring decisions effectively.
