Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor to work in beautiful Greece, complete with paid relocation! In this pivotal role, you will be the primary contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance while enjoying the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of Greece.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will interact with clients through various communication channels, tackling their inquiries with professionalism and expertise. Your role will be essential in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with queries regarding our products and services
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues effectively
  • Educate clients on product features and benefits to enhance their experience
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Customer-focused approach with a dedication to quality service
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
