About the Role

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to invite applications for the position of Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Recruitment Platform, 'Work In Greece'. In this vital role, you will be the voice of our recruitment platform, providing exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients seeking employment opportunities in Greece.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you assist candidates with inquiries about job postings, application processes, and tips for successfully securing employment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience on our platform and helping individuals navigate their career prospects in a new country.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding recruitment inquiries and job opportunities
  • Assist candidates with job application processes, including resume submission and interview preparation
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while ensuring a positive user experience
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform functionalities and service delivery
  • Gather feedback from users to inform enhancements to our recruitment services
  • Stay updated on job market trends in Greece and provide relevant information to customers
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others navigate their career paths
  • Previous experience in customer service or recruitment is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Genuine interest in recruitment processes and assisting individuals in securing employment
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
