Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a Hardware and Software Test System Engineer, you will join a team responsible for industrializing test systems for Radar, instrumentation, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) technologies. Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of systems that make driving safer worldwide.

  • Develop and continuously improve hardware and software test systems for automotive radar and ADAS technologies;
  • Create technical concepts, write requirement specifications, and support the sourcing process;
  • Follow up with suppliers during the development and construction of test equipment;
  • Support improvements to existing machinery and test systems;
  • Train operators and maintenance teams on the operation, calibration, and maintenance of complex equipment — both locally and in Bosch plants worldwide;
  • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and structured communication across the organization;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to solving challenging technological problems.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in hardware and software development or similar roles;
  • Experience with infotainment or ADAS test systems is a plus.

Know‑how

  • Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, I2C, etc.);
  • Solid understanding of both hardware and software in the context of test systems;
  • Ability to write technical specifications and follow up with suppliers;
  • Knowledge of calibration, operation, and maintenance of test equipment is an advantage.

Languages

  • Fluent in English;

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable documenting complex systems;
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced technological environment;
  • Availability to travel internationally.
