Job Description

Hybrid role in Zagreb, Croatia

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Providing administrative support to Medical Affairs department
  • Preparing intradepartmental announcements, newsletters, departmental surveys, and presentations
  • Maintaining departmental tracking and metrics tools
  • Coordinating departmental onboarding and induction training of hired, promoted, or contracted Medical Affairs staff
  • Developing reports for Medical Affairs management
  • Maintaining Medical Affairs knowledge libraries
  • Tracking training compliance of Medical Affairs staff and ensuring resolution of issues

Qualifications

Qualifications and requirements:

  • College or University degree
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in an administrative or clerical position
  • Experience gained in the Clinical Research industry (CRO or Pharma) is a plus
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Desire and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) applications
