Join Community Physician Network, a highly respected multi-specialty group with over 1,000 providers in Indianapolis, IN. The Carmel Pavilion is located in Carmel, IN, a growing area known for its excellent schools and vibrant communities. Highlights

Community Physician Network is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice at the Carmel Pavilion beginning in 2027. The pavilion is part of a rapidly growing medical facility that will be expanding to meet the needs of the surrounding community, offering exciting future opportunities for our care teams.

Licensure & Certifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
