You will own total store operations and profitability, building weekly and monthly plans that drive sales, service, and merchandising standards. You&rsquo;ll coach and develop the team (including an Assistant Manager), translate metrics into actions, and manage payroll and scheduling to targets. Ideal candidates will be experienced retail managers with a track record elevating service, presentation, and productivity. Success in this role requires strong retail leadership, comfort analyzing sales and payroll metrics, and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
