This is a seasonal position and is expected to run from now through September.

The Warehouse Associate assists with the management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving. They also contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner.

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Unload incoming containers and put away inventory
• Use scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location in warehouse
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment operating standards
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Adhere to company values

Requirements

Competencies

• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum of one year of experience in a distribution environment
• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

• Licensed forklift truck operator a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. May be required to work overtime or on weekends during peak season.
