About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and execute visual merchandising strategies for windows and in store displays, aligned with brand direction and commercial objectives
  • Take a hands-on role in VM setup, adjustments, and on-site execution across stores
  • Translate seasonal campaigns and product stories into compelling visual presentations that drive sales
  • Work closely with frontline stores, Retail Excellence and Merchandising teams to adapt VM plans based on sales performance, product availability and market feedback
  • Ensure VM standards are consistently maintained while allowing flexibility to respond to ad hoc business needs
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors for props production, display materials and installations
  • Conduct regular store visits to review VM execution, provide guidance, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Deliver VM training and guidelines to store teams to ensure consistent execution and strong product presentation, as well as prepare related reports for management review
  • Monitor VM effectiveness and continuously refine visual approaches to maximize commercial impact

Requirements

  • Degree in Design / Visual Merchandising or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of solid supervisory experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the jewellery industry.
  • Strong hands-on VM experience with proven ability to execute and adjust displays on the ground
  • High level of familiarity with jewellery products, including presentation techniques and product storytelling
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and business performance
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
