Como Stock Expert, desempeñas un papel esencial en nuestras operaciones de almacén. Eres responsable de garantizar un flujo de trabajo fluido y eficiente entre el almacén principal y los almacenes externos. También formarás, guiarás y motivarás al equipo de almacén y tienda, asegurando un ambiente positivo en el que todos se sientan cómodos y elevemos la gestión del stock.  

Funciones principales:

Responsabilidades 

  • Organización en base a prioridades de venta, limpieza y orden del almacén.
  • Formación a los equipos de tienda en las guidelines de almacén y una buena gestión de stock.
  • Ejecución de los procesos de gestión de stock.
  • Reposición de producto en tienda.
  • Análisis de stock semanal: Excesos, faltas, necesidades específicas.
  • Proporcionar feedback para optimizar procesos de almacén y gestión de stock.

 

Requisitos

 

  • Posees el equilibrio adecuado entre visión/comprensión comercial y conocimientos de logística. 

  • Cuentas con al menos 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar. 

  • Eres organizado/a, orientado/a a resultados y analítico.

  • Te gusta tomar la iniciativa y proponer nuevas ideas con el objetivo de optimizar procesos. 

  • Estás familiarizado/a con dispositivos inteligentes y se te dan bien las tareas administrativas. 

  • Tienes dominio alto de Excel.

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación: demuestras valentía, conectas con facilidad con los demás.

  • Disponibilidad completa.
