About the Role

inManage, a leading software development company specializing in high-end e-commerce and

financial solutions, is looking for a talented and highly organized Project Manager to lead the operations for one of our largest strategic clients.

This is a unique, high-impact role that combines technical project management with high-level client relations.

You will work within a hybrid model, split between inManage offices and the client’s headquarters, acting as the primary bridge

between our extensive development teams and the client’s leadership.


Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage complex lifecycles from initial concept to deployment, ensuring all milestones and

high-level roadmaps stay on track.

  • Advanced Technical Characterization: Write high-level product specifications (PRD) with a deep dive into technical

details and functional requirements.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our on-site project management team and the client’s C-level executives to

align business goals with technical execution.

  • Release & Timeline Management: Orchestrate version releases and manage synchronized schedules across multiple
  • departments and large-scale development teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – Must.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a Web/Mobile Project Manager – Must.
  • Technical Writing: Proven ability to draft detailed technical specifications and manage complex system characterization – Must.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Methodology: Proficiency in Jira and Agile methodology.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills and a "Servant Leadership" approach.
  • Fintech Background: Previous experience in the Fintech or payment solutions industry – A major advantage.
