Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: Salisbury, MD

Job Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt


Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and help deliver outstanding service to our commercial clients. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day policy activity, support our producers, and work closely with carrier partners to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely service. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage assigned accounts, including processing renewal applications, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
  • Handle remarketing for renewals to ensure clients receive the best coverage options.
  • Assess client needs, prepare quotes, review available coverage, and provide strong support to producers.
  • Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure all service items are handled accurately and on time.
  • Invoice agency-billed policies with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships while delivering a consistently high level of client service.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and coverage changes to better support clients and the team.


Requirements

 What You'll Bring to The Table:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, required
  • Prior Commercial Insurance experience, preferred
