About the Role

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcycle riders, is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Field Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with regional teams and global distributors.

Reports to: Director of Global Campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute global and regional field marketing initiatives
  • Plan and support tradeshows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics and execution
  • Serve as a liaison between global marketing, regional sales teams, and distributors
  • Develop market-specific marketing plans in collaboration with distributors
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Support training and sales enablement programs for dealers and distributors



Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to details
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
  • Proven experience managing events and tradeshows
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Resilience under pressure.
  • An independent operator who performs under tight deadlines
  • High-level English – a must
  • Experience in the powersports / motorcycle industry – an advantage
