  • 各事業部の予算策定、予実管理、キャッシュフロー管理、社内申請サポート
  • 適切な財務情報の提供とコミュニケーションによる経営サポート
  • 財務状況と戦略を把握し、各種施策の妥当性レビュー、必要な財務シミュレーションと投資対効果を評価
  • P&Lの構造分析と改善提案
  • 各種KPI管理及び仕組み構築

資格

必須条件

  • 経理・財務部門での10年程度の経験。予算編成、フォーキャスティング、財務シミュレーションなど
  • PCスキル：ワード、エクセル(関数）、パワーポイント
  • 語学スキル：日本語（ネイティブレベル）
  • その他：プロジェクトマネジメント経験（補助も可）

The Business Controller will be responsible for budgeting, budget vs. actual management, cash flow management, and supporting internal applications for each business unit. This role involves providing appropriate financial information and communication to support management, reviewing the validity of various measures based on financial status and strategy, and conducting necessary financial simulations and investment return evaluations.
