About the team:

As an Professional Service Engineer- Pre Sales, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to integrate and automate Radware’s solutions within Public and Private Cloud environments, as well as various Virtualization ecosystems. You will play a key role in conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and delivering innovative, customized solutions to Radware's customers and partners.

The role demands a dynamic, open-minded approach, learning new technologies in an ever-evolving environment. You'll collaborate with SEs, post-sales engineers, and product teams to create strategic tools that bring real value to customers.

What is the job:

• Design and implement integrations of Radware solutions in cloud and virtual environments
• Lead PoCs and deliver "out-of-the-box" solutions to meet customer-specific needs
• Provide expert-level technical support and consulting for Radware solutions
• Collaborate with customers to identify and solve complex technical challenges
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to automation strategies
• Ownership on large scale global projects.

What you need: 

•  
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in networking, professional services, or DevOps roles
  • Expert knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching and routing, along with a solid understanding of Layer 4/7 technologies (e.g., HTTP, DNS, load balancing)
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python,TCL, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Extensive experience with at least one of these virtualization platforms: VMware, KVM, OpenStack, and Hyper-V

  • Customer-focused with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Experience creating technical documentation and presentations

  • A proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Experience in Linux administration.
  • Familiarity with API integration and programming.
  • Knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL, IPSec).
  • Use of AI tools such as Co-pilot
