The People Team is at the heart of life at Open Cosmos. Covering HR, Talent Acquisition, and Office Management, the team attracts great people, supports them through every stage of their journey, and creates a workplace where everyone can thrive.
What will you be doing?
As a Senior People Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders across the business to unlock the full potential of their teams, driving engagement, shaping workforce plans, and enabling high performance at scale.
You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic people initiatives that elevate the employee experience across the organisation, while also ensuring strong local compliance and pragmatic, business-focused people support.
This is a high-impact role combining strategy and hands-on delivery in a fast-scaling environment where you will be:
Partnering with leaders to drive engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness
Leading people projects that improve the employee experience and business outcomes
Supporting workforce planning, including capability development, succession planning, and risk mitigation
Designing and delivering leadership development initiatives that strengthen management capability
Using data and insights (e.g. engagement surveys) to shape targeted people strategies
Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring fair, efficient, and compliant processes
Ensuring local employment compliance and adapting global policies to regional requirements
Supporting business growth activities
What You’ll bring
Clear ability to partner with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, scaling environment
A strategic mindset with the ability to design and deliver impactful people initiatives
Confidence handling complex employee relations matters with sound judgement
A solid understanding of employment law, ideally across multiple regions
Excellent communication skills — clear, credible, and able to influence at all levels
Strong analytical thinking, using data to inform decisions and recommendations
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how people strategy supports business performance
The ability to navigate ambiguity, lead through change, and bring others with you
A collaborative, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
