Integris Health Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation (JTR) in Edmond is an 18‑bed inpatient rehabilitation facility specializing in the recovery of patients following stroke, amputation, orthopedic injuries, and a variety of other conditions. Care is delivered by a dedicated multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and therapy professionals who work collaboratively to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. We focus on patient-centered care, education, prevention of complications, and support for patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey.    

The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process May be required to float to other units. May be required to participate in on call status. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
