Job Responsibilities :

The Senior Director, Information Technology is a senior enterprise technology leader responsible for defining and executing Razer’s global IT, digital, and technology enablement strategy. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value, operational resilience, and strong risk governance.

The role provides end to end accountability for enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, data privacy, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and responsible adoption of AI and intelligent automation. Beyond operational excellence, the Senior Director is accountable for driving digital transformation, improving productivity, and ensuring technology capabilities scale with the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise IT & Digital Strategy

  • Define, own, and execute Razer’s global IT and digital technology roadmap aligned with Razer’s corporate strategy and financial objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology direction, investment prioritization, risk posture, and innovation opportunities.
  • Drive enterprise‑wide digital transformation initiatives to improve business agility, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish clear success metrics, KPIs, and governance for technology initiatives.

Cybersecurity, Risk & Data Privacy

  • Own and continuously evolve Razer’s global cybersecurity strategy to safeguard Razer’s systems, data, intellectual property, and customer information.
  • Provide executive oversight of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), including threat detection, incident response, and recovery.
  • Lead cybersecurity incident response planning and investigations, coordinating with Legal, HR, Finance, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements across all regions and systems.
  • Establish and enforce security‑by‑design and risk‑based decision‑making across all enterprise platforms.

Enterprise Applications & Platforms

  • Provide executive ownership of enterprise applications including SAP ERP, SAP Commerce, ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Oracle CRM.
  • Ensure enterprise applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business strategy and operational requirements.
  • Govern application lifecycle management, integrations, data flows, and modernization initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, enhancements, and adoption.

Cloud, Infrastructure & Technology Operations

  • Oversee global IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and end‑user services to ensure high availability and service quality.
  • Own cloud strategy across Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMware, and related platforms, including security, governance, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure robust disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity capabilities for mission‑critical systems.
  • Drive operational excellence through strong service management and continuous improvement.

AI & Intelligent Automation

  • Provide executive ownership for the adoption of AI and intelligent automation across enterprise IT and business operations.
  • Establish governance frameworks, risk controls, guardrails and responsibleuse principles for AI technologies.
  • Identify and prioritize AIenabled opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, decisionmaking, and employee experience.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value while aligning with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Own global IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in close partnership with Finance.
  • Ensure technology investments are prioritized and governed based on strategic value, risk management, and financial discipline.
  • Lead vendor strategy, including sourcing, contract negotiation, performance management, and risk oversight.
  • Optimize cloud spend, licensing, and third‑party services while maintaining service quality and security.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead, mentor, develop and inspire global IT leaders and teams across infrastructure, applications, security, and operations.
  • Build strong partnerships with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leadership to ensure technology effectively supports organizational goals.
  • Communicate complex technology, risk, and investment topics clearly to executive and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT leadership, including global or multi‑region organizations.
  • At least 5 years of senior management experience leading multiple technology functions such as infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and operations.
  • Strong experience in cybersecurity strategy, GSOC operations, and enterprise risk management, with experience operating in complex and high-risk environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMware) and enterprise applications (ERP, eCommerce, CRM, integration platforms, etc).
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, delivering measurable business impact and organizational change.
  • Experience leading or governing enterprise adoption of AI, intelligent automation, and advanced data-analytics within regulated and security‑conscious environments.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing IT budgets, optimizing technology investments, and overseeing strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Excellent executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
