We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Test Pilot to join our Mission Ops team and lead UAV flight test activities across development, validation, and customer demonstration phases.

• Execute all flight test activities across development, validation, and demonstration phases
• Provide real-time feedback to engineering teams during and after flights
• Develop detailed test plans, including objectives, success criteria, flight profiles, and risk assessments
• Produce structured test reports with data-driven analysis, anomalies, and recommendation
• Prepare all drone platforms for testing, including:System configuration (firmware, payloads, comms links), Calibration (IMU, compass, sensors, optical systems), Payload integration and verificationֿ,Ensure all systems meet test readiness criteria prior to deployment
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on UAV systems
• Track lifecycle status of key components (motors, ESCs, batteries, optics, etc.)
• Manage inventory of UAV components, tools, and consumables
• Coordinate procurement and ordering of spare parts to prevent operational downtime
• Lead UAV operations during customer demos, trials, and field deployments
• Represent the company in operational environments with professionalism and technical authority

Requirements

• Certified Israeli military Bat drone operator with operational experience
• Technical background, including the ability to calibrate and tune PID settings for drones
• Experience with Betaflight and ArduPilot
• Drone pilot license for UAVs up to 25 kg
